    Hi, as you guys know i have been shredding fat and this is week 5,

    I started off with 70 kg, 4 weeks back and yesterday my weight was 65 kg (and i have had a lot of water already). So, some weight could be water weight never the less very good progress so far. I fell i will need another 5 – 6 weeks to completely remove the fat on my stomach be able to see the abs. And then, start working on getting more quality muscle mass and muscle definition.


    Shout out to ask what diet i followed,  i will answer questions
