Date: Wednesday 8 Feb 2017, Writing this post after gym and intense table tennis session for about 45 minutes (i.e b/w 15-20 games)
Body Building, this is the very first post of this forum and journey that i begin properly about 2 weeks ago i.e going to gym properly and eating healthy food that i will mention in future posts.. so keep tuned ..
Meal 1- 200ml milk with corn flakes
Meal 2 to 4 – 3 Chicken breasts + 1 cup rice (this was consumed in 3 meals)
Meal 5 – 1 protein bar (20g protein) and 1/2 mango after half hour
Meal 6 – 100ml whole milk
1 chest exercise (Bench press, 1 biceps and triceps(dumbells), 2 back exercises (don’t know the names did with the help of a friend), some boxing practice with punching bag, 2 sets of intense pushups, 1 set of chin-ups intense and 30*2 = 60 minutes of walk in the day
